Kindergarten teacher Wang Xiaoyun goes out for a night of entertainment and encounters the severely injured robber A-B, who is fleeing with 40 million in stolen money after robbing a bank. She is taken hostage to a nightclub, where she and the saleswoman Lingling become entangled with A-B, who later dies from his injuries. Xiaoyun, Lingling, and their senior sister, under the direction of Lingling's cousin Qian, attempt to dispose of the body and share the stolen money. Unexpectedly, A-B's gang pursues them, and the gang leader and others plan to assault and kill them, but the police arrive in time to rescue them. During the ensuing operation, after many dangers, all the criminals are apprehended, but the 40 million stolen money is destroyed by explosives during the capture. Upon entering a 24-hour convenience store, a criminal with a lonesome primary school teacher as hostage is accidentally killed by her and the youthful attendant in their hilarious struggle to subdue him. The two soon discover a stash of money on the man's person and, along with another customer—an attractive model—they decide to cover up any evidence of the man's visit in a pact to split the money between themselves. The group's seemingly foolproof plans are confounded by the vengeful acts of the money's rightful owner and a set of persistent, yet stupid and often comical policemen who hang around 'pursuing' the women.
