Ambitious young director (played by Xiang Fei) plans to shoot a big film. After finally gathering a crew and arriving at the Sichuan location, the originally budgeted 20 million suddenly goes down the drain. Members of the crew leave one after another, leaving only the director behind. In desperation, the director recruits the Tianjin guy in charge of behind-the-scenes (played by Bian Hui), extra Liu Xiaohua (played by Liu Yun), and the young food delivery guy (played by Wang Ning), assigning them key roles such as photographer, lead actress, and production supervisor, forming a mini team.
