Pade (Mahasamut Boonyaruk) is a fish cutter at a canning factory. In an accident, he slices off his left index finger, and when he finds his finger in a can, he realizes that it actually belongs to his coworker Yao De (Sawatwong Palakawong Na Autthaya). After experiencing the dangers of fish cutting, Pade quits his job and becomes a mall security guard, during which he meets a woman named Jin (Saengthong Gate-Uthong). Before long, Pade decides to leave security work and becomes a taxi driver, and his feelings for Jin deepen. Jin possesses a mysterious white book that she has been trying to unlock the secrets of for years. By chance, she discovers an identical book in the hands of a foreigner named Peter (Chuck Stephens), and years of confusion seem to hold the promise of resolution. Seeing Jin so captivated by Peter leaves Pade feeling very complicated.
