Youyou (played by Ge You) receives a great job, filming a promotional documentary about the Hollywood director Tyler (played by Donald Sutherland) working on his film in China. At first, everything goes smoothly, but things change when producer Tony (played by Paul Moser) arrives. With some free time, Youyou, Tyler, and Tyler's assistant Lucy (played by Joey Wong) enjoy a visit to a temple, and the three get along very well. However, a few days later, Tyler suffers a heart attack and is critically ill. He hopes that Youyou can arrange a joyful funeral for him, and Youyou takes on the task. Youyou contacts his old classmate Wang Xiaozhu (played by Ying Da), and Tyler's impending death presents a rare business opportunity for Wang and for Tony as well, while Youyou and Lucy face the situation with genuine emotions. Wang Xiaozhu begins to propose ideas and gathers a lot of sponsorships, with many businesses willing to spend big money to advertise at the funeral. The situation becomes unmanageable, but unexpectedly, there are hidden secrets behind the funeral.
