Nowadays, every adult faces increasing life pressures, which can easily lead to various psychological problems, with insomnia being one of the most common. An Ding (played by Tan Yaowen) is a professional insomnia therapist. After helping many men and women suffering from insomnia due to various issues, An Ding meets a woman named Miao Tiao (played by BoA). Miao Tiao has had a very unsuccessful romantic experience, which has caused her to tightly close her heart and refuse to let anyone in.
