The temple master, Hui Zhi, promises to participate if Ah Jian retrieves the supreme martial arts banner from his disciple, Shi Jian's dojo in Japan.
Upon arriving in Japan, Ah Jian unexpectedly meets Shi Jian's daughter, Anna (played by Yang Qianhua). When Ah Jian visits the dojo to claim the banner, he is mistaken for a challenger. At a critical moment, Anna comes to his rescue, and Ah Jian deceives her by saying that Hollywood directors will be scouting talent at the Martial Arts Conference. Since Shi Jian is ill, Anna, who has dreamed of Hollywood since childhood, decides to take the banner back to Hong Kong with Ah Jian to compete. Hui Zhi keeps his promise and participates, which catches the attention of various martial factions who flock to Hong Kong for the competition. The Martial Arts Conference opens with great fanfare…
