Doug (Justin Bartha) is about to marry his girlfriend. Two days before the wedding, Doug and his friends Phil (Bradley Cooper), Stu (Ed Helms), and Alan (Zach Galifianakis) drive from Los Angeles to Las Vegas to throw Doug a bachelor party, checking into a luxurious suite at Caesars Palace. After one night, the three wake up to find Doug missing, a tiger in the bathroom, a baby in the closet, Stu missing a tooth, a mattress on a rooftop spire, Phil wearing a hospital bracelet, a receipt for $800 in Stu's pocket, and their car transformed into a police car for an unknown reason. Panic ensues as they cannot remember anything from the previous night, yet they must solve the mystery and find Doug within 24 hours to get back to Los Angeles...
