After getting out of prison, dwarfish criminal Kyle (Marlon Wayans) is picked up by his little brother Percy, who presents him with a $100,000 job: stealing the Queen's diamond. Percy and Kyle team up to steal the diamond, but during their escape, they accidentally make a mistake. In a panic, Kyle throws the diamond into the bag of a couple in a supermarket. The couple—husband Dalo (Shawn Wayans) desperately wants his wife Vanessa (Kerry Washington) to have a baby, but she is too busy with work to think about a child. Dalo feels increasingly frustrated, especially with his father-in-law's taunts, which adds to his longing for a child. Meanwhile, Kyle and Percy, who lost the diamond, need to report back to their employer and devise a plan to disguise themselves as a baby to sneak into Dalo's house and steal back the diamond.
