Three scientists discover a mysterious mineral on the African continent, which has strong lethal properties. While the scientists are returning with the mineral, the CIA sends a special operations team consisting of 11 commandos from different countries to hijack the scientists and their findings. An insider within the agency wants to claim the discovery for themselves. Therefore, they order the pilot responsible for extraction to create an air disaster to eliminate witnesses and cover up the fact that they have taken the discovery. The special operations team is nearly wiped out, with only team member Jack (played by Jackie Chan) managing to escape by luck. When Jack is rescued by local natives, he loses all memory due to the violent collision and knows nothing about his name or background. He only asks everyone, "Who am I?" To uncover his identity, Jack returns to New York...
