As disgraced officers, how can they deal with or dismantle Kee's criminal organization? Fat Chik wants to marry Ah Fong (Cheng Lai Fong) and takes in his aunt from the mainland who has illegally immigrated, along with her daughter Ah Jan (Yuen Pui Ling). Ah Chaan falls in love with the virtuous and lovely Ah Jan, and they quickly fall for each other. Meanwhile, the mastermind of the criminal organization, Uncle Kee (Lo Lieh), and his capable assistant Ah Joe plan a blackmail scheme, but things get risky when they attempt to collect the ransom. In desperation, Uncle Kee kidnaps Ah Jan and Ah Fong to threaten Ah Chaan and Fat Chik into retrieving the ransom, and they attach a remote-controlled time bomb to them...
