Inspector Chow (played by Chow Man-Kit) is the head of the Tai O Police Station. By chance, one of his subordinates discovers a body and mistakenly arrests Senior Inspector Mike (played by Wong Man-Tak). As a result, Mike's superior decides that Mike should work with Chow to investigate the case. At first, due to their different working styles, conflicts arise between Mike and Chow.
