The unremarkable Li Cha (played by Song Yang) hopes to marry the wealthy daughter of a tycoon, with his never-before-seen aunt (played by Lu Jingshan) becoming the biggest pillar of his marriage. The tycoon's company is in trouble, leading them to desperately cling to Li Cha's wealthy aunt. The tycoon's son-in-law, Liang Jierui (played by Alan), is also a money-driven individual, and when he learns of his father's bankruptcy, he even suggests that his father propose to Li Cha's aunt.
