The newly appointed head of the Sanpo City Police Station, Lee Seung-woo (played by Son Byung-ho), decides to implement a simulated bank robbery exercise to improve the police's image in the eyes of the citizens and also to achieve personal political gain. However, everyone in the police station is aware that this training is just for show. In contrast, the patrol officer Jung Do-man (played by Jung Jae-young), who is assigned to play the robber, does not share this sentiment. Typically reserved and meticulous, Jung Do-man commits himself fully to researching robbery techniques after receiving the assignment, completely immersing himself in the role. On the day of the exercise, Jung Do-man's professional performance astonishes everyone; police undercover and SWAT teams "fall" under Jung Do-man's "fire". Lee Seung-woo's plan to shine in front of the media falls apart, leaving him helpless against Jung Do-man. How will this "robber's" violent exercise end? The screenplay is by renowned Korean writer Jang Jeong, known for works such as "Welcome to Dongmakgol".
