The newly appointed head of the Sanpo City Police Station, Lee Seung-woo (played by Son Byung-ho), decides to implement a simulated bank robbery exercise to improve the police's image in the eyes of the citizens and also to achieve personal political gain. However, everyone in the police station is aware that this training is just for show. In contrast, the patrol officer Jung Do-man (played by Jung Jae-young), who is assigned to play the robber, does not share this sentiment.
