Stan Minton (Rob Schneider), a slick and successful real estate businessman living in Los Angeles, is reckless and full of hot air. He inevitably gets involved in a scam and faces a 3-year prison sentence in a notorious prison known for its violence. However, before that, Stan has 6 months of freedom. He is initially very anxious and has a fallout with his girlfriend, Mindy (Jennifer Morrison). To prevent being assaulted in prison, Stan begins to seek out mentors and friends to train in martial arts, during which he receives guidance from a mysterious martial arts master (David Carradine). Six months fly by, and Stan finally faces the crucial moment of his incarceration. Will he become a target on the bus for everyone or a formidable figure who is unbeatable in prison?
