The story tells of a wealthy overseas Chinese played by Law Kar-Ying, who returns home with a huge sum of money to give back to his hometown. Along the way, this benevolent and resourceful man showcases his many tricks, performing various hilarious scenes with a reporter played by Juanzi and an engineering company boss played by Guo Jinjie. Before the financial matters are settled, unexpected twists disrupt all of the engineering boss's plans. The chaotic scene introduces many funny moments from the various characters involved.
