Marco (played by Javier Gutiérrez) is the assistant coach in the Spanish professional basketball league. Known for his arrogant and rude personality, he is fired after an intense argument with the head coach. Subsequently, Marco, seeking solace in alcohol, crashes his car into a police vehicle and ultimately finds himself in a police station. The judge offers Marco two choices: serve two years in prison or do community service for a month and a half. Without hesitation, Marco chooses the latter. Thus, he becomes the coach of a team called "Los Amigos," consisting entirely of mentally disabled players. Assisting him in training is an elderly man named Julio (played by Juan Margallo). While resolving his professional troubles, Marco also needs to mend his relationship with his wife.
