The film tells the story of a group that claims to be terrorists, composed of upper-middle-class individuals. Their antisocial behavior provides justification for government repression. In this film, violence is not only ineffective as a weapon of resistance against society, but it has essentially been assimilated by society. As one police officer in the film says, "I recently had a dream... I dreamed that capitalists fabricated terrorism to force the government to better protect them." The content of the film is absurd, and the characters are neurotic and despondent.
