Aïnoumane (played by Emmanuelle Devos) is a highly ambitious and capable workplace elite, holding an executive position at a new energy company in France. The Ancia Company is a well-known large enterprise in Paris, and its leader is gravely ill and in urgent need of a successor. At this critical moment, the founder of the feminist club, Anna (played by Carole Bouquet), approaches Aïnoumane, hoping she will compete for the position. If Aïnoumane is elected, she will be the first woman to hold such an important role. Aïnoumane recognizes this as a rare opportunity to climb the pinnacle of power, but she quickly realizes that, besides the cliché of male superiority, she also faces constant sabotage from competitors.
