In an abandoned chemical factory in the suburban area of a border city, a thrilling capture operation is underway. SWAT team leader Yuan Haiyang (played by Ying Hao) leads his team to capture the counterfeit currency group's leader, Chen Sanfu. Shortly after, Yuan Haiyang receives a task from Director Liu Chengjun (played by Hou Yong) to impersonate Chen Sanfu and make contact with the leaders of the overseas counterfeit currency group.
