Annie was disfigured in a fire as an infant and was subsequently raised by a kind foster mother. Over the course of more than thirty years, she underwent various surgeries. Now, as she is about to embark on a new life, she resolutely decides to travel to the world's capital of plastic surgery—Seoul, South Korea—for yet another facial transformation. She consults with the authoritative plastic surgeon Dr. Kim about the possible directions and risks of her surgery; at the same time, she interviews several girls to discuss their views on the upcoming plastic procedures.
