Recently released from prison, Nakahara Yoshimi (played by Koihara Hideaki) and his accomplices harass couples on the beach. They kill a man, rape a woman, and plan to sell her into the flesh trade. By chance, Nakahara learns the true identity of a woman named Nagumo Anko (played by Kishi Hiromi).
