One day, Shin-chan (voiced by Akiko Yajima) encounters a black puppy on the street, which looks just like Shiro, so he names it "Kuro" and takes it home. Shortly after, a beautiful woman named Puririn appears before Shin-chan, telling him that he is the chosen hero, and the gate to the dark world of Kulaiton has been opened. If Shin-chan does not act soon, the entire world will be engulfed in conspiracy and destruction. Indeed, Meiya (voiced by Miki Narahashi) and Hiroshi (voiced by Keiji Fujiwara) encounter a series of misfortunes, indicating that the dark forces are growing stronger. The arrival of a young man named Mada brings new hope to Shin-chan, as his duty is to protect the hero Shin-chan's safety. Encouraged and assisted by Mada, Shin-chan takes up arms and steps onto the battlefield, facing not only the endless stream of enemies but also the powerful and evil mastermind behind it all.
