In America during the last century, the male protagonist (played by Johnny Knoxville) owned a decrepit amusement park called "Action Park" in his youth. To save the home his daughter talks about, he rallied all the staff and friends, and together they gave the amusement park a new attribute: excitement. Visitors could do as they pleased, with no rules at all. All the facilities in the park could be destroyed, and thus this group of daredevils created a theme park that became the hottest attraction in town.
