The cold winter arrives, and Daniel (played by Dean Armstrong), Kenia (played by Jennifer Pudavick), Brigitte (played by Kaitlyn Wong), and Jeanne (played by Terra Vnesa) plan a vacation in the snowy mountains. However, they lose their way and end up in a completely unfamiliar place. As a cold blizzard approaches, the group finds a deserted building to take shelter temporarily. From the information left in the building, they learn that it was once a sanatorium called Glenvale, specifically designed to house bizarre and extremely dangerous outcasts. Years ago, the sanatorium experienced a horrific and bloody riot, ultimately leading to its abandonment. The young people sing and revel here, unaware that a few mutants also inhabit the area.
