A city emotional vignette, starring Ah Kuan (Zheng Danrui) — a small man in the city who is often unfaithful and makes a fool of himself in love. Ah Kuan reconciles with his wife Anna (Zheng Yuling), and the two could have returned to a harmonious life. However, the appearance of a little secretary causes Ah Kuan to have second thoughts. She is clumsy at work and bothered by suitors, leading Ah Kuan to take extra care of her, secretly winning the beautiful woman's heart as well. A two-day business trip to Japan turns into a romantic journey. However, after returning to Hong Kong, the little secretary decides to marry her dentist boyfriend and explains to Anna that her relationship with Ah Kuan is purely professional. Yet, the truth comes to light, and both the dentist and Anna learn about their past affair, putting Ah Kuan through another emotional trial.
