The film tells a three-part horror story set in a world driven mad by a mysterious signal frequency: On New Year's Eve in the city of Temenas, all forms of communication are hindered by an enigmatic signal, which robs every person in the city of their fear and despair. This drives half of the population to madness due to an irresistible desire to kill, while the other half is plunged into deep terror, fearing they could be hunted at any moment. The streets are littered with bodies, and this city, once famous for its harmony, has descended into chaos. The focus quickly shifts to Ben, a rebellious young man who must rescue the woman he loves from a lunatic asylum, which also includes her abusive, now insane husband. However, Ben can only rely on himself to accomplish this, as he cannot uncover the essence of the "signal," making it impossible for him to trust anyone, while also forcing himself not to succumb to the call of violence.
