Jim (played by Harris Dickinson from "Beach Rats") is a young and handsome man full of ambition, hoping to make a name for himself in London. However, he ends up as a broke and unemployed drifter in Soho. He inadvertently encounters a small group of local male escorts who teach him some unusual "techniques for pleasing men" to maximize the psychological satisfaction of their clients. With his extraordinary looks and youthful energy, Jim quickly becomes the darling of Soho's elite clientele and artists, who see him as a natural muse to fulfill their dreams. "Postcards from London" pays homage to Fassbinder's "Fox and His Friends" and parts of Derek Jarman's works, depicting in a highly personalized and fervent way the symbolic relationship between artists and their "muses."
