Cai Pu (played by Zhuang Yizeng) is a night security guard at a sculpture factory, with a seriously ill mother at home needing care. Du Cai (played by Chen Zhusheng) is Cai Pu's only friend, and Cai Pu often calls Du Cai over to keep him company during his night shifts. One day, they come up with the idea to check the dashcam footage from their boss Huang Qiwen's (played by Dai Liren) car, hoping to find some exciting clips that the flirtatious boss may have captured to alleviate the loneliness of the two single men.
