Led by Thomas (Dylan O'Brien), the Gladers finally face their ultimate battle between good and evil after enduring the life-and-death trials of escaping the Maze and a zombie apocalypse. The rescue team, led by Thomas, Newt (Thomas Brodie-Sangster), and others, has spent three years planning to rescue Minho, who was captured, only to discover that he is not on the captured train. After investigation, they learn that Minho is deep within the grasp of the WCKD organization.
