As the new year approaches, Halloween is near, and in the town of Green, close to the beautiful lake in West Virginia, the annual Mountain Festival is about to take place. Young men and women from all over the country gather here, indulging in music and food. Legend has it that two hundred years ago, the town experienced a massacre related to cannibalism. However, to this day, such a bloody and brutal story only makes the daring youths more curious. Billy (Simon Ginty), Julian (Oliver Hoare), Cruz (Amy Lennox), Rita (Roxanne McKee), and Gus (Paul Luebke) are part of this group of revelers. But during their trip, they accidentally hit the twisted and murderous psychopath Maynard (Doug Bradley), who has been hiding in the town for many years.
