On an ordinary night, the beautiful flight attendant Jenny (played by Mercedes Masöhn) and her friend Paula (played by Bre Blair) board Sky Airlines flight 318 to Kansas for what seems like a routine flight. As always, this small plane is filled with a variety of passengers, and Jenny patiently and kindly serves them, unaware that danger is slowly approaching. During the flight, an overweight passenger behaves strangely, and after vomiting all over Jenny, he crazily rushes towards the cockpit demanding to get off the plane. Chaos ensues in the cabin, and in desperation, the plane has to make an emergency landing at Los Angeles Airport. In the process, Paula is also attacked by the fat man, putting them both in dire danger. The crew and passengers arrive at Los Angeles Airport only to find the vast airport completely deserted, as if they have been trapped in a quarantined area...
