As graduation approaches, Alice and her boyfriend Daniel face a new chapter in life, while Freddy's threat goes unnoticed by those around her. In her dreams, Alice witnesses the birth of a ghost baby that grows into Freddy. As Freddy relentlessly pursues her, Alice seeks help from Daniel, only to have her boyfriend killed by Freddy. Alice discovers she is pregnant, and the baby may be possessed by Freddy. Freddy starts killing Alice's friends in her dreams, and those who scoff at the "dream demon killer" story begin to die one by one. Sister Amanda appears in Alice's dreams, telling her that to stop Freddy's rampage and the evil spirit from inhabiting her unborn child, she must get her help...
