For Senior Inspector Fang Zheng (played by XU Zhi An), a member of the major crime unit who consistently solves extraordinary cases, the colleagues from other departments who vie for credit at the celebration party are mostly mediocre. The resolution of many cases relies heavily on him and his dedicated subordinate Ah Ze (played by LEI Yu Yang). As a result, his demeanor can be somewhat autocratic and arrogant. As the case begins to take shape, Ah Jie informs Fang Zheng that Oscar's life energy is weakening, and she may be the next target of the killer.
