In 2011, a powerful earthquake measuring 9.0 struck Japan, leading to a nuclear leak in Fukushima and a cloud of nuclear radiation enveloping the country. Jia Jia (played by Liu Yan) takes a risk and travels to Japan with her fiancé to meet his family. Shortly after arriving at the Akキ子温泉 near Mount Fuji, she is imprisoned by local villagers and forced to live a dehumanizing life. The weak Hong Tai only knows how to drown his sorrows in alcohol. Jia Jia's good friend Wei Ling (played by Chung Lai-Ti) resolutely heads to Japan to search for her. With the help of investigator Kinoshita (played by Li Can Sen), the investigation deepens, but the surrounding environment becomes increasingly dangerous. Hong Tai is strangled to death in the hot spring pool, Michiko falls into madness due to extreme fear, and Seiko, though clear-headed after being attacked, cannot express herself. Tadao often peeks at Wei Ling through the door crack, and the residents living under the shadow of nuclear radiation gradually lose their humanity, prepared to bite Wei Ling, the outsider, like hyenas at any moment... One by one, people around them die, and the terrifying events escalate. There are even greater secrets hidden behind all of this...
