Since the 1960s, the U.S. government has secretly conducted various drug trials, involving many people, many of whom have vanished without a trace. Anne Roland, a journalist played by Katia Winter, learns that her college friend James, portrayed by Michael McMillian, took a mysterious drug code-named DMT19 and recorded it with a camera. However, the footage presents horrifying and bizarre images, and James goes missing.
