In the picturesque and romantically warm Caribbean, young Marcus (played by Mitch Ryan) holds a grand wedding with his beautiful bride Kate (played by Claudette Lali). During a break in the wedding, Marcus takes his brother Josh (played by Brando Eaton), the lovely Penny (played by Jillian Murray), their good friend Dobbs (played by Ryan Donowho), and others out on a yacht for some fun. They venture to an uninhabited island for adventure, enjoying themselves without knowing that death is slowly closing in. A mysterious and terrifying virus has recently spread rampantly across the island, causing significant casualties. The only survivor, a man named Porter (played by Sean Astin), refuses to cooperate with the related researchers out of anger over his son's death, and maliciously spreads the virus within his body.
