A cheap hotel, Ocean Hotel, in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, receives a girl (played by Hikaru Nishida) one day. She claims her name is Rin and she is looking for her ovo-sister, Asan. The owners, Uncle Chang and his wife, are shocked to hear this, but including the other guests, everyone denies ever seeing Nakamura Asan. However, on the night Rin arrives at the hotel, a guest named Ah Long, who runs a third-rate modeling agency, suddenly dies, followed by Uncle Chang and his wife, a prostitute named Su Si, and a drug dealer named Tony, with none escaping fate.
