In the 1950s, Georgia, USA. The girl Mary Louise (played by Sabrina Kern) is in a passionate relationship with her boyfriend. On a romantic night, the young couple indulges in forbidden fruit, inadvertently leading to a disaster. Her increasingly violent and crazed alcoholic father poses a danger, prompting Mary to seek refuge in a convent transformed from a large villa to protect her unborn child.
