Du Kelin (played by Liu Lier) and Qiao Feihan (played by Liu Yichen) have just gotten married and should be enjoying the romance and happiness of their new marriage. However, Du Kelin discovers that there are supernatural events in their home that cannot be explained by science. The sounds of crying from the shadows, the creaking of doors, and the faint sound of footsteps all cause Du Kelin's mental state to teeter on the edge of collapse. Du Kelin asks Qiao Feihan for help, but he does not believe his wife's words and thinks she is just overly stressed and hallucinating. Therefore, Qiao Feihan contacts his friends Gao Yi (played by Qin Liyang) and Mingmei (played by Wu Jingyi), and the four of them go to a resort to relax.
