The film tells the story of a stormy night when Feng Xi (Chen Yuxing) walks home alone and passes through a forest. Feng Xi vaguely hears a woman's voice asking for help—she has sprained her ankle and needs him to help her back. The woman introduces herself as Li Yanyan (Fei Xuan), a disciple of a nearby Taoist priest, and they decide to travel together. They come across a cave and enter to rest. During this time, Li Yanyan subtly flirts with Feng Xi, and he loses control, resulting in a romantic encounter. Meanwhile, in the cave, the treasure "Ink Jade Taiji" appears, which is stolen by the grave robbers Xiao Liu (Liuzi) and Xiao Qi (Yang Yunran).
