Laura grew up in an orphanage and a large group of children played the game "One Two Three, Look Back" every day, filled with friendship. Thirty years later, Laura, now married with a family, returns with her husband and son to this long-abandoned orphanage on the coast to relive warm childhood memories and help more orphans. However, her 7-year-old son Simon begins to act strangely after moving into the house, imagining three nonexistent children playing. Laura and her husband are concerned about their adopted son, who is also HIV positive, and Laura's excessive worry drives Simon away. They never believed in the reality of those hallucinations until one day Simon goes missing. After a nine-month investigation, Laura starts to believe in the existence of ghosts and discovers that the events are related to one of her childhood caregivers. She calms herself and plays games with these "children," hoping to save Simon.
