Fifteen years ago, a traffic accident caused a man (played by Anthony Wong) to die under a car. His head was trapped beneath the vehicle while his body walked a distance before collapsing. This horrifying scene was witnessed by a little girl, leaving her in shock. Fifteen years later, hairstylist Peter (played by Eason Chan) has a one-night stand with June (played by Shu Qi), which leads Peter to truly fall in love with her. June is a mysterious girl who claims to have the ability to see ghosts. Since they began dating, strange occurrences have been happening, and Peter is distressed by the supernatural phenomena he witnesses. Eventually, he grows suspicious of June and discovers that she meets with a person dressed in a Taoist robe. When June warns him that a headless ghost is after his life, Peter dismisses her as rambling nonsense and breaks up with her in anger. However, June is not wrong; all the supernatural occurrences stem from that car accident fifteen years ago.
