On a dark and windy autumn night, precious cultural relics from the Emei Mountain Cultural Relics Management Office were stolen, including rare treasures from China's primitive society—the "Turquoise Earrings" and "Jade Pi Huang." Lu Peimin (played by Xia Zongyou) is the captain of the criminal police team at the Jia Mountain Public Security Bureau. Together with detectives Zhao Hai (played by Ma Shuchao) and Xu Wen (played by Zhang Zhiqiang), they quickly identified and captured the burglar Xiao Sanwa (played by Pei Yu) based on evidence from the scene. During the interrogation, Xiao Sanwa became panicked and claimed that he was instructed by the receiver of stolen goods, Wu Jiagui, to commit the crime. However, at that moment, Wu Jiagui suddenly passed away, and among all the hidden relics, only the "Turquoise Earrings" and "Jade Pi Huang" were missing, leading to a break in the case's clues.
