On the Dog Tooth Mountain in the suburbs, five idle rascals including HighMan, Sickly Mao (played by Zheng Zeshi), and Shorty Tiger spend their days stealing and good for nothing, thoroughly enjoying themselves. Recently, with the good weather, Ah Hua and his sister Ah Ling (played by Zhuang Jing'er) invite three young friends to go camping on Dog Tooth Mountain. At the campsite, Ah Ling is spotted by Shorty Tiger's gang, who have malicious intentions, but can't act on them due to Ah Hua's presence. However, the unthinkable happens; Ah Ling is raped by Shorty Tiger and his gang by the river. Ah Hua grabs an axe to chase the culprits but is tragically set up by the gang and dies brutally in the mountains. Despite local village head covering for them, the gang is still arrested by the police, but Ah Ling, traumatized by the ordeal, is unable to identify her attackers. Thus, the criminals escape justice, and the villagers who come forward to testify are also brutally beaten. Meanwhile, Ling's father is heartbroken over his children's suffering and decides to take matters into his own hands to confront the killers!
