At the other end of the galaxy, the once peaceful Pirika Star is suddenly thrown into chaos. The evil General Gilmoia (voiced by Teruyuki Kagawa) launches a coup and establishes a military dictatorship. The 10-year-old president Pabi (voiced by Romi Park) is powerless to resist and is forced to flee on a spaceship. After various adventures, Pabi arrives on Earth, where he is surprised to find that the human shapes here are vastly different from his own.
