César (played by Luis Tosar), a middle-aged man, is the caretaker of an apartment building. During work hours, he diligently greets every neighbor who passes by and handles all matters seriously, occasionally helping residents take care of their dogs. During his breaks, he visits his mother in the hospital, sharing tales of his daily experiences with her. However, beneath his seemingly honest and introverted demeanor lies a dark secret. Every night, he secretly sneaks into the room of a young resident, Clara (played by Marta Etura), using drugs to put her into a deep slumber, while bombarding her with suggestive texts. Yet, this behavior seems to stem not from a mere obsessive infatuation; there are deeper intentions hidden behind his actions.
