Ah Ming (played by Li Can Sen), Blackie Ah Man (played by Leung Choi Man), and Young Master Lung (played by Cheung Ho Lung) are three young men living in Hong Kong. They are destitute and have accomplished nothing, and due to their inability to repay high-interest loans, they are being chased in the streets.
