A-Qing (Lin Junxian), A-Ai (Xu Guanying), and A-Shui (Cheng Kuei-An) have opened a ghost-hunting company, but business has been slow. One day, they hear about an amusement park that will exhibit two ancient corpses from a thousand years ago, which seems suspicious to them, so they decide to investigate. Accompanying them is A-Ai's girlfriend, Xiao Ming (Chen Shulan). True to their suspicions, a murder occurs on the day of the exhibition, and the three of them naturally take on the case to uncover the truth. What they didn't expect is that one of the ancient corpses actually comes to life and escapes. To avoid alarming the others, they decide that A-Ai will impersonate the missing corpse, which leads A-Ai and Xiao Ming into a transcendent love story that spans across past and present, intertwined between humans and ghosts.
