The young and mighty Rama broke the divine bow at the competition to win a bride and married the beautiful Sita. Rama's father, King Dasharatha, felt he was old and decided to pass the throne to his beloved eldest son, Rama. King Dasharatha had promised a queen, who had saved his life, to fulfill two of her wishes. However, the queen was incited by others to demand the fulfillment of her promise, seeking to exile Rama to the forest for 14 years and allow her own son, Bharata, to inherit the throne. Though King Dasharatha was very reluctant to comply, he had to honor his promise, and thus Rama was exiled. Rama's wife, Sita, also requested to follow her husband into the forest, and Rama's most loyal brother, Lakshmana, accompanied them as well. The life of exile was fraught with hardships, yet it also brought joy and adventures. Rama received the bow of Lord Vishnu and an endless supply of arrows... Thirteen years passed, but their fate was not yet fulfilled. The ten-headed demon king Ravana, incited, abducted Sita using sorcery. Thus, Rama and his brothers began their journey to rescue Sita. They arrived in the monkey kingdom and met the divine monkey Hanuman. With Rama's help, they overthrew the former cruel monkey king, gaining the respect and support of the monkey kingdom.
