A group of ecologists travels to a swamp area to collect water samples for an environmental assessment report. However, during this time, friends mysteriously go missing one after another, and it is finally discovered that a giant crocodile is responsible. They suspect that this is related to someone in the area dumping radioactive waste. After hearing about it, Joe, who has lived in the swamp for thirty years, engages in a battle of wits and strength with the crocodile, ultimately leading to its elimination.
